The KVYO said the decision was taken due to anti-community and criminal activities committed by Umesh Bihari in Kohima town and its periphery under Kohima village and also to prevent him from committing further anti-social activity. KVYO, therefore, stated mutual agreement still stood and that it shall be enforced in future.
