The victim a father of two identified as V. Mungyan Phom of Yangnyah village, Longleng and employed as Dobashi at DC Office Dimapur had gone for fishing in the river at around 10:30 am when strong current washed him away. <\/p>\n<p>He is presently residing with his family near Circuit House Dimapur.
