{"id":78381,"date":"2011-10-02T02:32:39","date_gmt":"2011-10-02T02:32:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2011\/10\/02\/atan-resents-issuing-of-show-cause-notices\/"},"modified":"2011-10-02T02:32:39","modified_gmt":"2011-10-02T02:32:39","slug":"atan-resents-issuing-of-show-cause-notices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2011\/10\/02\/atan-resents-issuing-of-show-cause-notices\/","title":{"rendered":"ATAN resents issuing of show cause notices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aggrieved Teachers\u2019 Association Nagaland (ATAN) Saturday said that those teachers who cleared \u2018suitability test\u2019 in the month of December, 2010 after responding show cause notice were \u2018selectively\u2019 served with another show cause citing the same reasons\/grounds. <\/p>\n<p>Pointing out that serving of show cause notice was creating \u201cunnecessary harassment and resentment\u201d to the aggrieved teachers, the ATAN convenor Vikato Swu general secretary Limayanger, in a statement, urged the responsible officials, dealing with the case, to immediately annul recent show cause notice served on those who have already responded to show cause notice.<\/p>\n<p>Questioning the credibility of the officials dealing with the show cause notice, the ATAN further asked whether it was a case of \u201cdeliberate error or is an indication of incompetency and inefficiency.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the ATAN has convened a general meeting October 6, 3 p.m. at Dimapur government higher secondary school ground. It informed the members who received second show cause notice, pertaining to the same reasons\/grounds, to report to executives before the commencement of the meet.
