{"id":81202,"date":"2011-11-09T00:21:11","date_gmt":"2011-11-09T00:21:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2011\/11\/09\/chang-khulei-setshang-settles-nov-1-firing-case\/"},"modified":"2011-11-09T00:21:11","modified_gmt":"2011-11-09T00:21:11","slug":"chang-khulei-setshang-settles-nov-1-firing-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2011\/11\/09\/chang-khulei-setshang-settles-nov-1-firing-case\/","title":{"rendered":"Chang Khulei Setshang settles Nov.1 firing case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/LTJWYOHZVLRJKMOQZXFV.jpg>Chang Khulei Setshang (CKS) took up the case pertaining to the firing incident inside the residence of principal St. John\u2019s higher secondary school Tuensang on Nov. 1, Tuesday and amicably settled the matter brought to its court by the managing board of St. John\u2019s higher secondary school.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>At the hearing, the accused admitted that after he went inside the room, he closed the door and fired a shot from his unlicensed revolver. <\/p>\n<p>CKS court imposed a fine of Rs. 25,000 and one pig on the accused on being found guilty of firing without any valid reasons. The court also declared that the case should not be discussed further in any court of law or else it would be considered as defaming the judgment of apex tribal court of CKS. <\/p>\n<p>It further warned that, CKS will initiate stern action if such case arose in any institution within its jurisdiction.
