The tender floated by BSNL includes planning, financing, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and annual maintenance of 14.37 million lines for this phase. The company has priced this tender at `5 lakh and last date for submission of is August 24. Only bidders having a minimum turnover of `8,000 crores each in the last two years can participate in the tender.
