Late Hollywood actor Heath Ledger’s father Kim broke down in tears at GQ Men of the Year Awards as he accepted the best actor prize for his late son.
\nThe father of ’10 Things I Hate About You’ actor was extremely emotional as his late son was honored for his ‘Joker’ role in ‘The Dark Knight’.
\nThe Perth-based businessman was reduced to tears as he uttered his pride in his “beautiful boy”, accepting the award on behalf of “his little one Matilda and our family.”
\n“He thrived everyday on set, humoured and sometimes intimidated the cast, but revelled in this opportunity to create and deliver a unique character … and that he did,” The Daily Telegraph quoted Kim Ledger, as saying.
