{"id":82349,"date":"2011-11-25T00:53:35","date_gmt":"2011-11-25T00:53:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2011\/11\/25\/special-recruitment-drive-for-10-eac-posts-violates-norms-asks-pio-to-apologize\/"},"modified":"2011-11-25T00:53:35","modified_gmt":"2011-11-25T00:53:35","slug":"special-recruitment-drive-for-10-eac-posts-violates-norms-asks-pio-to-apologize","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2011\/11\/25\/special-recruitment-drive-for-10-eac-posts-violates-norms-asks-pio-to-apologize\/","title":{"rendered":"Special Recruitment Drive for 10 EAC posts violates norms; asks PIO to apologize"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Educated Unemployed Union Nagaland (EUUN) alleged violation of recruitment norms in the proposed Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) for 10 EAC posts for backward tribes (BT). <\/p>\n<p>EUUN vice president Azeu Namcyn Hau and press secretary Inahoto Sema said the inclusion of Rengma tribe under SRD was also a violation of quota norm as the tribe was \u201cofficially an advance tribe\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>EUUN said it was not against SRD but against the \u201cviolation of recruitment norms\u201d by state government. It also demanded apology from KT Thomas, PIO, directorate of tourism for \u201chumiliating\u201d its president and general secretary while they were collecting information under RTI act. <\/p>\n<p>It termed the \u201cmisbehavior\u201d of the PIO as \u201cdisrespect\u201d to the union and as \u201can insult to the RTI act\u201d.&nbsp; EUUN warned of \u201caction\u201d if the PIO failed to tender apology within \u201cten days\u201d from the date of publication of the report.
