{"id":84107,"date":"2011-12-29T01:06:50","date_gmt":"2011-12-29T01:06:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2011\/12\/29\/nscn-k-cautions-sumi-hoho-vice-president\/"},"modified":"2011-12-29T01:06:50","modified_gmt":"2011-12-29T01:06:50","slug":"nscn-k-cautions-sumi-hoho-vice-president","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2011\/12\/29\/nscn-k-cautions-sumi-hoho-vice-president\/","title":{"rendered":"NSCN (K) cautions Sumi Hoho vice president"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>NSCN (K) Wednesday alleged that incumbent Sumi Hoho vice president Kitoho Rotokha, despite \u201crepeated reminder\u201d to desist from \u201cmisusing\u201d Sumi Hoho office \u201cmerely to serve factional interest\u201d, has \u201cexceeded his official obligation\u201d and \u201cwithout doubt become an outspoken activist of Khehoi camp.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The NSCN (K) demanded Kitoho Rotokha to \u201cimmediately resign\u201d from Sumi Hoho or face \u201cdire consequences.\u201d<br \/>\nAsserting that the NSCN (I-M), since the year 1997, has been running Ghathashi designated camp as per the ceasefire agreement with government of India, the NSCN (K), in a statement released by MIP, said likewise since the signing of armistice with GoI in the year 2001, it has all along been maintaining Suruhuto designated camp as per the \u201cbilateral agreement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The MIP said: \u201cWell aware that ceasefire is between the two NSCNs and GoI, for the last one decade of tumultuous factional situations between the NSCN (K) and NSCN (I-M) particularly in Zunheboto District, there had been no question of removal of designated camps of NSCNs from Zunheboto District.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to MIP, the Sumi Hoho, the frontal Sumi organisations or even the general Sumi public \u201cnever bothered to interfere in the issues pertaining to Ceasefire.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the NSCN (K) said it was \u201chighly questionable\u201d why the Sumi Hoho \u201cout of the blue\u201d should \u201clobby\u201d for removing designated camps of two NSCNs from Zunheboto district.<\/p>\n<p>It asked why Sumi Hoho remained silent for the last ten years in connection to NSCNs\u2019 designated camps and why would the Sumi Hoho pursue for removal of designated camps from Zunheboto only in the year 2011?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe conspiracy is too apparent that, the Sumi Hoho misguided by Kitoho Rotokha in-order facilitate establishment of Khehoi\u2019s designated camp unnecessarily and irrelevantly implied removal of NSCN\u2019S designated camps at Ghathashi and Suruhuto,\u201d said the NSCN (K).<\/p>\n<p>However, the MIP said when the GoI approved designated camp for Khehoi camp in Ghukiye village under Zunheboto, the Sumi Hoho, despite \u201cvociferous campaign\u201d to remove all kinds of designated camps within Zunheboto, chose to remain silent and pacified.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHowever, when in retaliation to unprovoked firings by Khehoi camp, the NSCN conducted pre-emptive strike at the Khehoi gang\u2019s proposed designated camp in Ghukiye and prevented the initial preparation to establish the camp, the Hoho once again revived its agenda for removal of NSCN\u2019s designated camps in Zunheboto district,\u201d&nbsp;
