Chishi, commissioner &amp; secretary School Education, Imkonglemba also spoke on the occasion where they extended Moats? greetings to the people. The significance of Moats? festival was delivered by Imtitoshi, retired PA to DC. <br \/>\nThe Moatsu festival programme was chaired by Nuklutoshi, chairman NIDC &amp; Nagaland Hotels Corporation while invocation prayer was pronounced by Pastor CBC, Lima. Other dignitaries who also attended the function included minister for School Education, Nyeiwang Konyak; parl secretaries: Y. Patton; Yitachu; S.
