It was \u201cobligatory\u201d on GPRN\/NSCN\u2019s part to \u201cjustify their bloody fratricidal policies\u201d before the Nagas rather than \u201cirrelevantly\u201d getting embroiled with \u201cENPO or NSCN\/GPRN\u201d, added a press release from MIP.<\/p>\n<p>NSCN (K) alleged that \u201cKhole and Kitovi\u201d had been the \u201cmastermind of every regrettable incident\u201d that happened between the two entities since the split of NSCN. It went on to state that Kitovi in the capacity as the \u2018ato kilonser\u2019 and Khole, as the \u2018commander-in-chief\u2019 under S.S. Khaplang\u2019s leadership were \u201cresponsible\u201d for the conflict with NSCN (I-M). <\/p>\n<p>While stating that since the signing of Covenant of Reconciliation (CoR) \u201cbitter past\u201d between the two NSCNs has been buried, NSCN (K) said that attempting to revive \u201cpast bitterness and mutual conflict\u201d within the Naga family by Khole and Kitovi only revealed their \u201cinsanity\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>The MIP further stated that \u201cthe duo took undue advantage and betrayed S.S. Khaplang\u201d while he remained \u201caloof and delegated the authority\u201d to them to take \u201curgent\/on the spot decisions\u201d in Nagaland.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: #ff0000;\">Kitoho asked to resign within 1 week<\/span><br \/>\nNSCN (K) Thursday asked Sumi Hoho vice-president, Kitoho Rotokha to \u201cresign from his post within one week\u201d. NSCN\/GPRN MIP in a statement asserted that failure to produce the \u201cresignation documents\u201d would be considered as an \u201cinvitation of direct confrontation with NSCN\/GPRN\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>While stating that the \u201ccontention\u201d was purely an \u201cexclusive matter\u201d between NSCN (K) and Kitoho Rotokha, the MIP reiterated its earlier stand to ask Kitoho Rotokha to resign from the office of vice-president, Sumi Hoho within a week.<\/p>\n<p>It may be recalled that the NSCN (K) in December 2011 had alleged that Kitoho, despite \u201crepeated reminders\u201d to desist from \u201cmisusing\u201d his office had \u201cexceeded his official obligation\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NSCN (K) Thursday stated that GPRN\/NSCN should have the courage to seek forgiveness from the families of those \u201cslain by them\u201d especially \u201ccomrades from NSCN (I-M)\u201d if it was sincere in the \u201cpeace and reconciliation slogan\u201d.
