The decision to undertake the drive was taken during the conference\u2019s executive meeting held on April 27, stated PSC. PSC also informed all non-locals under Longleng district to submit all documents proof, ILP, PRC in a photocopy attested by a gazetted officer along with two recent stamp sized photograph. <br \/>\nThe conference added that a caption fee of `200 will be charged for fresh applicants, while `100 will be charged for renewal, `50 for provisional ID card (less than 6 months), `100 for provisional ID (more than 6 months but less than 1 year), `50 for children below the age of 14 years (only registration), and `500 (excluding fees) for those failing to register or renew during the given duration without any valid reason.
