In a memorandum submitted to state chief secretary, UAVU president Velasuzo Shijoh and general secretary Devendra Rana said the paramilitary forces have been deputed near Urra Bazaar for several days that created \u201cunnecessary harassment and fear psychosis to the people\u201d following government of India\u2019s refusal to allow NSCN (I-M) collective leadership to visit Zunheboto. <\/p>\n<p>Pointing out grievances arising due to the presence of paramilitary in the area, UAVU said strict frisking of vehicles, its occupants and even pedestrian was taking place. <\/p>\n<p>The union also said occupation of school at Ura village by security forces was instilling fear psychosis and insecurity to womenfolk. In the light of the above citied, the union appealed to the state government to intervene and take necessary measures by way of vacating the paramilitary forces soon from the school campus and its area. <\/p>\n<p>They said the situation in that area was quite normal and peaceful.
