{"id":85446,"date":"2012-01-19T00:35:41","date_gmt":"2012-01-19T00:35:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2012\/01\/19\/grievance-cells-control-rooms-for-secc-2011\/"},"modified":"2012-01-19T00:35:41","modified_gmt":"2012-01-19T00:35:41","slug":"grievance-cells-control-rooms-for-secc-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2012\/01\/19\/grievance-cells-control-rooms-for-secc-2011\/","title":{"rendered":"Grievance cells, control rooms for SECC 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>In pursuance of guidelines issued by ministry of rural development, Government of India for conduct of socio economic and caste census 2011, grievance cells-cum-control rooms at the state, district and charge levels are set up in order to redress the grievances\/complaints that are received from the public and stake holders on various issues. <\/p>\n<p>At the state level, a Grievance Cell has been established in the office of the additional chief secretary &amp; commissioner and State Nodal officer, SECC 2011, comprising of the following members:<br \/>\n(i) Thungdeno Mozhui, Joint Director, Rural Development Department (i\/c) (Mobile- 8974453009)<br \/>\n(ii) A. Zanbemo Ngullie, Joint Director, Urban Development Department (Mobile- 8729877117)<br \/>\n(iii) Tamong, Junior Consultant, Directorate of Census (Mobile- 9856854953)<\/p>\n<p>A Control Room with telephone No. 0370-2290467 has been set up in the office of the commissioner. <br \/>\nThe control room will also be manned by the national trainers. <\/p>\n<p>Grievance cells-cum- control rooms are to be opened in the offices of Principal SECC-201l officers, (PSOs)\/deputy commissioners who are designated as district level grievance redressal officers of respective districts to attend to all grievances\/complaints on issues pertaining to SECC 2011. <\/p>\n<p>Charge officers are designated as charge level grievance redressal officers of respective charges to attend to grievances\/complaints on issues pertaining to the SECC 2011. <\/p>\n<p>An official bulletin informed that all grievances cells-cum-control rooms would maintain a proper register detailing the complaints received and action taken. Registers may be checked by the senior officers from time to time.
