NC office would remain open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Monday to Thursday). <\/p>\n<p>PAC resolution stated that it decided to \u201cenroll and register\u201d permanent Muslim settlers of Dimapur to \u201csegregate\u201d illegal migrants and to protect the identity and privilege of original Muslim settlers. <\/p>\n<p>Any citizen claiming to be original\/permanent Muslim settlers found \u201cnot possessing proper documents\u201d would be deemed as \u201cillegal immigrant\u201d and would be \u201creferred\u201d to responsible authorities for necessary \u201caction \/deportation\u201d, said the resolution. <br \/>\nThe authorities would be assisted by members of Youth Association of Nagaland (YAN) under the PAC.<\/p>\n<p>The resolution also reiterated that \u201cILP Units\/Passport Control Units\u201d be posted at Dimapur Railway station, Dillai Gate, Nagaland Gate (Golaghat Rd). While stating that ILP\u2019s original purpose was to protect the Nagas, PAC said that the \u201cunregulated\u201d influx of illegal migrants was \u201ctied\u201d with all vices that have \u201cdamaged the society\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>It has reaffirmed \u201cappreciation and solidarity\u201d with all non-Nagas who have \u201cfaithfully and sincerely\u201d maintained cordial relations and respect for the \u201cethos and culture\u201d of the Nagas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: #ff0000;\">PAC\u2019s 5-point resolution<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To enroll and register permanent Muslim settlers of Dimapur &amp; segregate illegal migrants to protect identity and privilege of original Muslim settlers. <\/li>\n<li>Notifies all original\/permanent Muslim settlers of Dimapur to obtain prescribed forms from NC office, Dimapur and submit filled forms by March 10.
