Rev. Fr. Joseph Lukka, Good Shepherd Seminary, Dimapur led the East Vigil procession with the faithful people. Lukka addressing the gathering asked them to feel with love, peace and joy of Easter.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Further, he explained the history of Church saying its was established was through suffering, death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Rev. Fr. Thorekiu Thomas, Secretary to Bishop, Diocese of Kohima while giving the Easter greetings said the faith practice in one\u2019s life was how much one loves the family members and society.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights of the week long observing of the Holy days of the tradition of the church included were confession, washing of the Apostles feet, adoration, way of the cross, veneration of the cross, renewal of the baptism, baptism of new faithful people and holy Eucharist celebration followed by community feast. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>St Francis Xavier\u2019s Church Kidima observed Easter Vigil with the rest of the world on April 7 some 32 km away from state capital.
