DCC president Thritsali Sangtam in a release stated that many leaders are in \u201cproxy list\u201d and have been neglecting their classes. <br \/>\nKDCC stated the department of school education has become \u201cfree style\u201d under the elected members representing Kiphire, DIS as well as headmasters, due to which, results in the district has been poor.
