\nClaiming that the DAN government had left no stone unturned to maintain law and order for a peaceful, transparent and fair conduct, the NPF press bureau said state police CRPF had \u201cjointly operated with full cooperation and confidence amongst them\u201d.
\nIt denied the NPCC charge that presiding officers were biased by maintaining that they performed their duties within the bounds of the rules of the Election Commission.
\nThe NPF said no untoward incidents took place and electioneering completed \u201cwith people\u2019s satisfaction\u201d mainly due to the \u201csincere and austere performance of duty\u201d by government servants.
\nIt termed the NPCC charges as coming out of \u201ctheir sheer frustration\u201d contrary to the \u201cbest possible services rendered by all the officials\u201d.
\nOn the NPCC charges that IRB had targeted Congress workers and supporters besides raising questions on whether they were genuine personnel or imposters, NPF said it was \u201cunfortunate\u201d that the NPCC blamed the state\u2019s own soldiers-IRB-who performed their duties round the clock \u201cwith discipline and efficiency\u201d besides having a tract record of outstanding performance at the national and state levels.
\nThe NPF said that the NPCC charges against the IRB at deployed at Mokokchung was unfounded and baseless and only exposed its inner agenda \u201cto achieve their hidden targets\u201d.
\nFurther it said the NPCC was tooth and nail against the \u201cimpartial performance of the state\u2019s own soldiers (IRB)\u201d and therefore by branding them as untrustworthy was a matter of concern for the state government\u2019s own uniformed personnel.
\nThe NPF bureau claimed that no anti-social activist could penetrate or create any havoc in order to \u201cpave way for the NPCC interest of forcing their skills in booth capturing\u201d due to \u201ccareful, impartial and strict vigil\u201d of state government machineries and central troops.
\nThe NPF press bureau extended its appreciation in acknowledging all concerned for \u201ctheir cooperation and positive contributions\u201d in thwarting any attempt to create situations during the May 7 by poll.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
