 \u2018International Nurses Day\u2019 was observed by TNAI, CHC Medziphema branch on May 12.<\/div>\n
Rokolhou Angami who was chief guest praised the nurses for their good works and urged them to be a source of happiness and a channel of blessing to the needy ones.<\/div>\n
H. Khing, assistant nursing superintendent DCH spoke on the theme, \u2018closing the gap: increasing access and equity\u2019. <\/div>\n
Dr. Elizabeth, SMO and Dosau Kuotsu, chairman HCMC Medziphema exhorted the gathering.<\/div>\n
Invocation was said by Siu Kuotsu, chairman Mission Board MTBC and the programme chaired by Pino S\/N. A good number of nurses from sub-centre, village elders and public leaders attended the day.<\/div>\n
TNA Longleng unit: The trained nurses\u2019 association (TNA) Longleng unit celebrated \u2018International Nurses\u2019 Day\u2019 on May 12 on the theme \u2018Closing the gap, increasing access and equity\u2019 at the IDSP Hall, district hospital Longleng. <\/div>\n
The function was chaired by Nyemlei S\/N DHL and Mercy ANM led the scripture and invocation. <\/div>\n
A brief introductory speech was given by Ajong Phom, president TNA Longleng unit. <\/div>\n
Special condolence prayer was said by Alak Pharmacist, song on \u2018Keep the flame alive\u2019 was presented by the nurses. <\/div>\n
Dr. Imtiwapang DIO DHL, delivered the theme speech, and Dr. Kongyan Dy CMO and Dr. Manan MO, exhorted the congregation. <\/div>\n
The program ended with a vote of thanks by Alemla, nursing supervisor, followed by mass benediction. <\/div>\n
