Puro, vice president wrestling federation of India Neikhrolo Khalo and joint secretary Naga Hoho, Kewech? Kapfo IGP Prison (Rtd) were the speakers at the session.<\/div>\n<div>Other dignitaries were commissioner &amp; secretary IPR &amp; NRE, M.K. Mero, Z. Thele Rtd. DC, president Bar Association T.
