{"id":9564,"date":"2011-05-22T00:07:41","date_gmt":"2011-05-22T00:07:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2011\/05\/22\/zvfep-to-protect-national-park\/"},"modified":"2011-05-22T00:07:41","modified_gmt":"2011-05-22T00:07:41","slug":"zvfep-to-protect-national-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2011\/05\/22\/zvfep-to-protect-national-park\/","title":{"rendered":"ZVFEP to protect national park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div>Zeliangrong Volunteers for Forest and Environment Protection (ZVFEP) has condemned the news item carried in some of the dailies on May 17 pertaining to shareholders at Ntangki National Park.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>ZVFEP has outrightly rejected the \u201cmischievous policy\u201d which has time and again been \u201cschemed\u201d by the landless encroachers. The organization therefore has demanded the general public on the authenticity of the individual and his \u201ccynical attitude\u201d to claim authority for such notification. \u201cThe press notification issued by a nefarious minded self- proclaimed Chairman of the so-called United Naga village Council who has not even mentioned his identity in the press notification has brought anger and condemnation\u201d, stated ZVFEP.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The ZVFEP for that reason have demanded \u201cjustifiable answer\u201d, if there be any, to the following points: that if the so-called chairman ever thought he has inheritance rights from his ancestors to organize and establish a village within National Park; that if he ever thought or dreamt about in his wishful thinking there is no original land owner of Ntangki National Park and that it is a paradise park for anybody.<\/div>\n<div>ZVFEP, in its press note issued by Michael Zeliang has rejected and termed such claims and pure diplomacy was not known to any Nagas.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The organization also charged the \u201cself-proclaimed chairman\u201d for disturbing the peaceful atmosphere at the National Park, adding \u201cEstablishment of your village within National Park by using Nagas\u2019 name would not bring any solution to your selfish desire\u201d.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>ZVFEP said it was determined to fight to the last to protect and preserve the National Park at all cost with or without the help from the state government, and cautioned the \u201cso-called shareholders\u201d not to blame for any unwanted consequences in the process; and that they would be doing so at their own risk if they ever adhere to the suggestions and directives of \u201csome individual greedy and uncivil policies\u201d.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zeliangrong Volunteers for Forest and Environment Protection (ZVFEP) has condemned the news item carried in some of the dailies on May 17 pertaining to shareholders at Ntangki National Park.&nbsp; ZVFEP has outrightly rejected the \u201cmischievous policy\u201d which has time and again been \u201cschemed\u201d by the landless encroachers.
