{"id":97482,"date":"2013-05-16T01:19:52","date_gmt":"2013-05-16T01:19:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2013\/05\/16\/more-flay-april-28-incident\/"},"modified":"2013-05-16T01:19:52","modified_gmt":"2013-05-16T01:19:52","slug":"more-flay-april-28-incident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2013\/05\/16\/more-flay-april-28-incident\/","title":{"rendered":"More flay April 28 incident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Angami students\u2019 union (ASU) condemned the \u201cdespicable\u201d action of the Assam Rifles, and the \u201cexasperated mob violence\u201d in Kiphire where Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire, Kesony\u00fc Yhome(IAS) was made \u201cscapegoat\u201d in the issue. <\/p>\n<p>The union while condemning the act of \u201cvandalism and mob violence\u201d directed against the deputy commissioner, said that the union was \u201cclosely monitoring\u201d the developments and expected a \u201cclear and impartial picture\u201d from the enquiry commission. <\/p>\n<p>This was stated in a release issued by Zakie Khate, president, ASU and Sedevikho Angami, general secretary, ASU.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, United Sangtam gazetted officers union (USGOU) has condemned the \u201cexcessiveness\u201d of the Assam Rifles leading to the unfortunate incident at Kiphire town on April 28. <\/p>\n<p>USGOU president, T.C.
