The late actor\u2019s grave has been vandalized with racist graffiti, a source tells TMZ. <\/p>\n<p>A family friend who stopped by the Forest Lawn Cemetary in the Hollywood Hills to pay his respects to Duncan noticed a sticker of a cartoon in black face stuck on Clarke\u2019s tombstone. <\/p>\n<p>The friend believes the sticker depicts Sambo, a racist depiction of a black person and long considered a racial slur. <\/p>\n<p>Duncan\u2019s family has called the LAPD to investigate and the incident may be considered a hate crime. <br \/>\nThe hurtful sticker has been removed by law enforcement. <\/p>\n<p>The Green Mile actor passed away last year, at the age of 54, of complications following a heart attack. <\/p>\n<p>His funeral was attended by many of his show business colleagues, including Tom Hanks, Jay Leno and Holly Robinson Peete.
