Moses Sangtam, (USR) CCM, NSCN \/GPRN (K) said late Reliba was an upcoming leader and that his death was a great loss for the Sangtams and the entire Nagas. <br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nUSR NSCN (K) conveyed its condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
