{"id":98892,"date":"2012-06-19T00:12:55","date_gmt":"2012-06-19T00:12:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2012\/06\/19\/dan-governing-state-with-self-aggrandizement-policy-congress\/"},"modified":"2012-06-19T00:12:55","modified_gmt":"2012-06-19T00:12:55","slug":"dan-governing-state-with-self-aggrandizement-policy-congress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2012\/06\/19\/dan-governing-state-with-self-aggrandizement-policy-congress\/","title":{"rendered":"DAN governing state with self-aggrandizement policy: Congress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) has expressed serious concern that NPF-led DAN government, which was meant to be the government of the people of entire state, was instead governing the state with the \u201csheer policy of self-aggrandizement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, NPCC vice president Khuosatho and general secretary Aheto Yepthomi said NPF track record of nine years in power only yielded the maxim \u201cmaking hay while the sun shine\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In brief, NPCC said DAN government was a \u201cfactory that churns out money in lakhs and crores for themselves.\u201d<br \/>\nNPCC said special development fund (SDF), which was meant to be judiciously disbursed to the need based people for meaningful results, was being diverted to programme in chief minister\u2019s residence or construction of fishery pond in term of lakhs and crores of rupees for their own selfish benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, NPCC said SDF has become \u201ca despicable scheme\u201d in Nagaland because devoid of its basic objective, the NPF government allocated a whopping sum of Rs. 1000 lakh (2011-2012) and given to NPF leaders and people who were having \u201cclose proximity with the high ups like hot cakes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>NPCC said SDF list of beneficiaries, obtained by it from planning department through RTI program, was self-explanatory.
