He said, the Nagas must grasp the opportunity offered by the government of India for a final settlement through the \u2018Frame Work Agreement\u2019, (without sovereignty and integration).<\/div>\n<div>Nuklutoshi stated that once a solution was arrived at, peace would prevail in the land to usher in development through investors which would ultimately accommodate the many educated-unemployed youth of the state.<\/div>\n<div>At the same time, he advised the party leaders to remain ever observant to the decisions and policies being adopted by the government, so that their (leaders) statements does not contradict with the party government.<\/div>\n<div>As to the celebration of 2nd year in office headed by president Moasangba Jamir, Nuklutoshi stated that this moment of celebration was the fruit of the triumph over crises because of the selfless dedication and conviction of party workers, with a firm belief in the dynamic leadership of NPF party president Dr. Shurhozelie Liezietse and chief minister T R Zeliang.<\/div>\n<div>Earlier, the NPF Mokokchung division bulletin was released and felicitation certificates were given away by party veterans by the minister. Presidential address was delivered by Moasangba Jamir and short speeches were also delivered by the deputy speaker Imtikumzuk &amp; MLAs, Amenba Yaden, S Chuba Longkumer, Merentoshi R Jamir, C Apok Jamir, Dr. Benjongliba Aier and Dr. Longri, followed by Ladongwati, &nbsp;Longrinungba, C Bendang and working president, NPF central &amp; advisor to CM, Apong Pongener.<\/div>\n<div>The adoption of resolution was headed by president NPF Farmer\u2019s Wing Central, Lanukaba and special songs were presented by Sentimenla and the divisional women wing. The invocation was said by Rev.
