While acknowledging \u201cGod\u2019s timing to take him to His heavenly abode\u201d, MIP stated that it cannot but feel the loss in an immense way. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>It stated that late Vitolu joined the national service on November 13, 1998 and had served the nation with utmost sincerity and dedication in various capacities.
