Folklores of Peletkie village, traditional practices and customary laws of the village, talks on genesis of the village and peletkie salt spring as one of the mainstay of the village economy were presented by a panel of resource persons comprising Ariang, Hangchiam, wilamke, Teiriesong, Apun and Reluibuing. Apart from Peletkie villagers, the workshop was attended by the faculty members and students of PGC. It may be noted that Peren Government College has adopted Peletkie village for the year 2016-2017 during which various programmes are proposed to be undertaken in the village.
