NSCN (I-M) joint secy. Chaplee Affairs in a press note has informed all prospective contractors of FSD/CWC, Dimapur to FSD Sangaiprou, Manipur & FSD/CWC, Dimapur to Ukhrul Godown that it would require “prior concurrence from the competent authority before applying and competing tenders for the year 2016-2018”. In this regard, chaplee affairs has informed that “no firm shall participate for tender on the above mentioned areas without the approval from the competent authority”.
