Workshop on “enjoy exams and score more” was conducted for class 12 Arts students by MGM Higher Secondary School (MGMHSS) at Dimapur Thursday with N. Ramachandran Nair and A. G. Kannan from Children’s Choice Institute Kozhikode Kerala as resource persons.
The workshop was also attended by students from other prominent schools of Dimapur.
Principal Fr. P. S. Varghese said that “real education is always something which is for the total personality development of a child’s body, mind and soul.”
He also elaborated that the workshop would help students to face examinations without fear and prepare them in a healthy manner. Several memory and confidence-building techniques formed part of the proceedings.
Principal also announced that on October 15, 11:50 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. workshop would be conducted for class 9 students on the same topic, for which interested students from other schools have been invited to participate.
Speaking on the occasion, Ramachandran Nair, a principal himself of a leading CBSE affiliated school in Kerala, said that his team would visit Dimapur again during January-February 2016 next and called upon authorities of various schools in and around Dimapur to contact them at choicechildren@gmail.com or 08137822013/09446362382 to book a programme for their respective schools in advance.
