Wokha Town Old Riphyim Youth Organization (WTORYO) was formed on May 24. The newly formed organization is headed by Lichumo Patton as president, P Chenithung Patton as vice-president, Yanrenthung Patton as general secretary, Caroline Patton as finance secretary and Michael Patton as games and sports secretary.
