With a view to address the queries arising out of the ongoing changes in LPG as well as provide inputs on the ongoing changes in LPG, an interaction session with the Indane distributor network of Nagaland Area Office, Tinsukia was held at Dimapur June 28.
The interaction session saw an over overwhelming response of around 80 participants including distributors, front office staffs and delivery staffs.
Opening the discussion, Integrated Indane Area Office Tinsukia chief area manager Saurav Chaliha gave an over view of the changes and the determined efforts of the Corporation for the proliferation of the customer delight activities in the region.
According to a press release, Chaliha expressed the hope that with the introduction of 22 more Indane distributorship in the state very soon, the reach of LPG in Nagaland would improve substantially.
Senilr manager LPGS Tinsukia, R Borgohain gave live inputs on Web based Indsoft issues and hands on resolving assistance during the interaction programme.
U Baruah, noted HR expert from M/S Human Network Guwahati, addressed the gathering and gave valuable inputs on the paradigm shift in customer service and salesmanship in the context of the ongoing changes
Former District and Sessions Judge Dimapur V. Nyekha was also present on the occasion and lauded the initiatives of IOC.
