Naga civil society organizations and Coordination Committee of Border Protection Karbi Anglong (CCBPKA) along with Karbi Peace Forum (KPF) would be holding a consultative meeting on May 23 at Hotel Acacia, Dimapur from 11 a.m. onwards.
In a statement, Naga Hoho general secretary Mutsikhoyo Yhobu has directed Naga Students’ Federation; Naga Women Hoho, Dimapur; Naga Council, Dimapur and Naga Peoples’ Movement for Human Rights to attend the meeting positively.
CCBP has recently issued an ultimatum and threatened to impose an indefinite economic blockade against the state on the encroachment issue in border areas.
