The 41 Assam Rifles of HQ 10 sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) distributed books and furniture to Hunphung Primary School, PhungreithangVillage, Ukhrul district.
According to a defence release, the books and furniture were handed over by Brigadier AK Pandey, VSM, deputy inspector general Assam Rifles, Hq 10 Sector Assam Rifles on February 27.
The teachers and students expressed their heartfelt gratitude to 41 Assam Rifles of HQ 10 sector for their kind gesture.
