Shops down shutters

Shops in Dimapur downed shutters as a mark of solidarity with the victim of IRB brutality- Dipanker Dey, a student, who was shot dead by Hav. Samzai Zeliang, a jawan of the 13 NAP(IR), part of a foot patrol party on August 23.
