Deputy Commissioner’s office, Mokokchung has been shifted to DAO office (top floor) Mokokchung on October 24 and 25.
According to a DIPR report, the shifting has been necessitated to dismantle the old building for constructions of a new multi-storey DC’s complex where other district offices would also be accommodated.
Normal office functioning of DC office, Mokokchung has started from October 28. It has been informed that two branches were also spread to other nearby office since the new building could no accommodate the entire establishment.
