The Dimapur district administration during its coordination meeting with Police, DMC and DCCI in the presence of special committee on Covid-19 for Dimapur on April 14 decided to close the wholesale market at GS Road Dimapur till further orders.
The district administration stated that a plan was being worked out for an alternative arrangement and would be intimated to public soon. It said that the retail shops in all colonies will remain open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. except New Market, Marwaripatti, Murgipatti and GS Road.
