Combined annual training camp of 24 Nagaland Independent Company NCC (24 NL (I) Coy) began on March 11 at DEF colony, Mokokchung.
The camp is being conducted by Lt Colonel Shamsher Singh, the newly appointed commanding officer who has been the commanding officer of the Army Mountaineering Institute, Siachen Glacier.
Altogether 600 boys and girls cadet are participating in the camp. The camp will culminate on March 20 with NCC certificate examinations.
