State government, as per the direction of union ministry of home affairs, has notified to all the citizens including institutions to observe two minutes silence in honour of martyr’s of Indian freedom struggle January 30 at 11 a.m.
In a circular, home commissioner Temjen Toy stated that centralised announcement would be made at 10.59 a.m. after which everybody should stand up at their respective places of work and observe silence.
