Central Institute of Horticulture, Medziphema along with Indian Society for Spices, Calicut, Kerala and Directorate of Arecanut and Spices Development, Calicut, Kerala will be organizing V symposium on spices and aromatic crops (SYMSAC-V). The symposium will be held on the theme ‘harnessing the potential of north eastern states for spices production through technological interventions’ on October 30 and 31in Dimapur. The event would be inaugurated by Dr. Chumben Murry, minister for agriculture as the chief guest.
