Public Forum Pungro sub-division (PFPSD) has expressed appreciation and lauded the sincere effort made by the DAN government under the visionary leadership of chief minister Nagaland, T. R. Zeliang and his ministerial colleagues, for inaugurating the Pungro Town Council (PTC) and NST bus service from Dimapur to Pungro on October 25 at Pungro town.
According to president PFPSD, S. Kiusumew Yimchungru, stated that, there had been a visible sign of developmental activities in the areas, fulfilling the long cherished dreams of the rural peoples initiated by the MLA & Chairman NKVIB, T. Torechu, which was one of the most important landmark of the people and its areas.
The forum further expressed gratitude to the parliamentary secretary Municipal Affairs, Eco & Statistic, R. Tohanba, for his concern and tireless effort for the people in brining the ‘people’s development’ into reality where the people would remember his great task forever. PFPSD further hoped that, such kind of developmental activities of the DAN government would continue to flourish upon the people of the far-flag-areas in the near future.
