Wokha Circle Students’ Union warns shop keepers

Wokha Circle Students’ Union (WCSU) has banned sale of Gutkhas such as Tez, Talab, Raja Mix and expired goods within Wokha town jurisdiction.

WCSU in a press release issued by its president, Chanbemo Humtsoe cautioned shops located near school premises not to sell the banned items including pan, cigarette etc., to students in school uniforms, adding it would conduct surprise checking from time to time and defaulters dealt with as per the union’s resolution.
