Northern Sumi Hoho plea to NSCN (K) on ‘caution notice’

Northern Sumi Hoho (NSH) has appealed to NSCN (K) to reconsider its “caution notice” which was served on Sumi Hoho vice president, Kitoho Rotokha.

Stating that whatever the vice president had said or done reflected the Sumi Hoho and not his personal interest, the Hoho urged NSCN (K) to immediately withdraw its “caution notice”. Meanwhile, the Hoho has also urged all factions to exercise maximum restraint among themselves as in the interest of the general public.
