Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU) has summoned a local club – Spice Club – for “illegally” selling “Christmas bumper draw 2008” lottery tickets to business community and others in and around Dimapur. DNSU president Solomon Awomi told Nagaland Post over phone that no union or club was authorized to sell lottery tickets in Dimapur, and summoned the Spice Club members to DNSU office on Wednesday at 3 p.m.
