IGAR (N), Maj Gen Sandeep Singh, SM, VSM, and all ranks of Assam Rifles have extended “very warm greetings to the people of Konyak and Phom tribe on the occasion of Aoleng and Monyu festival”. In his message IGAR (N) wished the tribes prosperity in all spheres and urged them to “endeavour to push towards everlasting peace” in the region while conveying sincere prayers to the Almighty to keep a benign eye on the Konyaks, Phom and the people of Nagaland to bring about peace and prosperity in the days to come.
