Team Astrape lifts 8th Men’s Challenger Cup

Team Astrape lifted the 8th Men’s challenger cup for basketball, organized by Youth Aflame. In the final match played on Tuesday at Local ground, Kohima, team Astrape defeated Oracles by 47-41. The winner walked home with cash Rs.40,000, certificates and running trophy, while the runner–up had to contend with Rs.20,000 and certificates.  The most promising player of the tournament was awarded to Seluokholie Kire (Oracles).  The winner of three points shooting competition n was bagged by Dziesengulie Khezhie( Oracles). The prizes were distributed by Neise Mich, Director Land Resources Department.
