NBCC sanitation efforts continue

As a first step to continue with efforts on sanitation in Kohima town, Chakhesang Baptist Church Kohima and Chakhesang Baptist Church Ministers’ hill Kohima deputed its volunteers on April 30, and cleaned up foul garbage’s, especially below the road between Kohima by-pass check gate and  Naga hospital.

Their humility and spirit of service for the people of the town was greatly appreciated.
K. Seyie co-convener and Rev. Phomly Van coordinator of NBCC Sanitation Committee in a release appealed to all churches, colonies and  individuals to continue to extend help and support in keeping the town clean and beautiful.

Environment & sanitation committee of NBCC Platinum Jubilee also thanked its members, government departments, NGOs, KMC, KVC, KCCI, PHED, Urban Development Department, Khedi Baptist Church, churches of Kohima town, colonies of Kohima town and various individuals for their cooperation and help rendered in keeping the town clean, besides media coverage provided by Nagaland Post, Eastern Mirror, Morung Express, Capi, DDK and various local TV channels during the jubilee.
