All Nagaland pre-service teachers association (ANPSTA) Saturday said they have resolved to continue with the indefinite closure of all the training centers in Nagaland and also boycott the upcoming PSTE final examination scheduled June 11 to show their resentment to the government over teachers recruitment policy in Nagaland.According to ANPSTA general secretary Akhobu Veswu, the decision was taken at a central emergency meeting June 8.
Further, ANPSTA said the matter would be addressed to the union ministry of human resource development (MHRD) by a delegate next week at New Delhi since the department was not in a position to comply with its six-point charter of demands submitted May 31 last. It has urged all the right thinking citizen and organizations to “voice out for the association to bring about a change in the educational system.”
