Chakhesang region observed a 3-day prayer fasting programme at Naga Shisa Hoho Prayer House, at Kutsapo village, some 6Kms away from Phek town from November 23 to 25 .
Chaplee Dy. Kilonser Vedeta Chakhesang stated the 3-day long programme was attended by Kilonsers, Dy. ‘kilonsers’, ‘tatars’, ‘leacys, army officers and body guards of the region.
The programme specially prayed for unity among Naga leaders, good coordination between the general public and government, for God’s wisdom, and the instill the fear of God among the Naga leaders, honourable and acceptable solution to be arrived at in the land of the Nagas etc.
The entire officers of the region also felicitated Thupuvezo Keyho for being apointed as a full-fledged Kilonser, and for being the first person from the Chakhesang region to be decorated with the rank of Kilonser under NSCN (K) government.
The regional authority while extending gratitude to its president, SS Khaplang for elevating Thupuvezo Keyho to that of full-fledged Kilonser, prayed for good health and long live of its leader, SS Khaplang.
