Luangranglhun Youth Association (LYA) will be organizing Luangranglhun young leaders’ conclave on January 19, 10 a.m. at New Jalukie village, Peren district under the theme “Designing next generation” with T. R. Jonny, SPO NSDMA home department as the resource person.
