Financial assistance for blind persons

DWO Kohima K. Atoli Sema has informed that the department of social welfare under Kohima has allotted for inclusion of 200 beneficiaries for grant of financial assistance to blind persons 2012-13.

People with visual impairment have been informed to collect blind person’s pension forms from district welfare officer Kohima and duly submit it with medical certificate, two passport size photos and full size photo on or before January 27 during office hours.
